Who We Are

Eric Gershenow

Eric Gershenow is a musician, song writer, producer, and sound engineer from Philadelphia, PA. As a guitarist, he has played with numerous Philadelphia local original acts and most notably for wedding/party band Stephen Wise and the Edge  under the tutelage of the late R&B producer/ engineer Doug Grigsby III. As a songwriter and producer, Eric has a 5 song EP and 2 singles under the moniker HFM  and operates as music director for the theatre group Casabuena Cultural Productions, scoring music for short films and running sound for live performance. He has most notably run sound for the Barrymore award-winning 2019 Philadelphia Production of Hedwig and the Angry Inch. Eric also volunteers as a DJ for Germantown Community radio recording, mixing and editing talk show content for on-air. 

 Eric’s enjoys combining his skill set as a musician/ entertainer and sound engineer to adapt to live performance situations. From his experience playing numerous weddings and corporate events, he understands live music isn’t just about the music; it’s about the overall experience and how to elevate that experience to set the right mood for the right venue. That includes having the right equipment, the right team of musicians, and the right attitude. 

Clay Stiles

Clay Stiles is a musician, producer and educator from Philadelphia, PA. With a knack for exploring many genres of music, he takes pride being able to blend stylistically into any musical setting. This has made him a highly sought after element in many recording sessions and performances. as a bass player for many artists, he has accumulated over 15 years of touring and recording experience. Throughout his career, he has shared the stage with artists such as Marcus Miller, Robert Glasper, Doc Gibbs, The Wailers, Inspectah Deck, Musiq Souldchild, The Coup, Bilal, Ben Folds, Schooly D, and The Roots among others. His primary goals is to deliver dynamic musical performances at the most professional level. 

Clay holds his Bachelor's of Music in Music Education from Elizabethtown College and has taught private lessons to students of all ages for over 9 years. He has been able to help students develop deep foundational music skills in playing guitar, bass, drums, piano, saxophone, and vocally as well. He also serves as an Army Bandsman within the Pennsylvania Army National Guard providing musical support for various events such as military ceremonies, national sporting events, and overseas performance tours in Europe. He also takes an interest in emerging music technology and the consistent evolution of modern tools for musical creation. As a practicing technical engineer, he is always looking to bridge music expression and technical innovation.
